GeoMatch Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and NETCETERA OÜ (registry code 16768111), Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"), who operate GeoMatch. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use GeoMatch

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the app where you live. You may have only one account, and the details in your profile, including your date of birth, must be true.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep access to your Apple, Google or email login secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Be decent

When you use GeoMatch, you must not:

• harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, in the app or in person;
• pretend to be someone else, or use photos that aren't of you;
• upload nudity, sexual content, hate, violence, or anything illegal;
• use the app for commercial purposes, advertising or soliciting;
• try to find out where someone is when they haven't chosen to meet you;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service.

If someone makes you uncomfortable, block or report them from their profile. We review reports and may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice.

Your safety

GeoMatch shows you people who are in the same venue. It doesn't vet, background-check or verify users. You are responsible for your own interactions and meetings. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are, and leave if you feel unsafe. In an emergency, call 112.

Your content

You own the photos and details you add. You give us a licence to store and show them to other users as the app describes, only for as long as they're on your account. You confirm you have the right to share them.

The service

We provide GeoMatch "as is". It relies on your phone's location and Bluetooth, which aren't always accurate, so we can't guarantee who you'll see or that you'll be seen. We may change, pause or stop the service.

Liability

We aren't liable for how other users behave, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Ending your use

You can stop using GeoMatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use GeoMatch afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts there.
